Walking
Katie and I went on a rather odd walk last night. It involved a lot of standing and sitting around while she talked to people. Someone dropped part of a french fry and I ate that. There were some little sticks with sauce that seemed rather yummy, but she wouldn't let me eat that. Some little kids played with me and a police officer said I looked handsome and like a dog he used to have. Later we went back home again.
This morning we walked and still didn't go to the cemetery. We went around the corner by the school and there out of the blue was a little girl not any taller than my head. She looked at me and screamed and ran away. I don't know what that was about.
We saw D. by the elementary school. He likes to hold on to my leash. I'm pretty sure if Katie weren't around he'd help me take my collar off. There were lots of kids today. Some of the kids started pushing each other, so I barked at them. That made people scream. Katie said we had to leave. They were yelling and stuff, so I wanted to go back, but Katie kept taking me towards home. Another kid ran out of a car and I started to go towards him, but that got me tugged on some more. Then we went home. My breakfast was late. I wasn't very happy about that.
