Do you want to wake up the whole neighborhood?
Why, yes, actually, I do want to wake up the whole neighborhood. I am a guard dog. I alert people to problems. That's what I do. There is no other point to my barking than to rouse the whole neighborhood, if that's what it takes to make the problem go away. I really fail to see why that's so hard to understand.
